Timeline
This is a rough timeline for your products! It is not set in stone and is subject to change at any time.
Manufacturing/shipping does not include weekends!I will finish the art within ~3 weeks after sketch approval

ATTENTION: My home has dogs that shed, so if you have an allergy please either let me know or refrain from ordering!
I do my best to ensure no dog hair gets into any packages, but sometime it is inevitable!Payment/shipping
- All prices are in USD and will be paid via PayPal invoice.
- Canadian commissioners may pay the approximate CAD conversion via e-transfer upon request.
- Payment must be sent after the rough sketch unless specified otherwise.
- If I find that you are local, we can arrange for a meet-up instead of paying shipping, but it will have to be on a schedule that works for me.
- Failure to give me the correct shipping address will result in no refunds. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS WHEN YOU SEND IT TO ME
- I am not responsible for any duties or taxes upon you receiving your item(s).
- After I drop the package off at the post office, I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items, but you may purchase package insurance for a few extra dollars if you wish!
- However, if something is wrong with the order/it gets lost and you did not buy insurance, you may reorder the same item(s) from me at a reduced price! I will not cover shipping costs.Art/product
- My art may not be used commercially unless discussed beforehand and a fee is paid.
- You may NOT reproduce the products you buy from me!
- Do NOT claim my art as your own
- I will only do major corrections during the sketch phase of the commission for free
- I will do minor changes during the line art phase for free
- I will do minor changes during the colouring phase for free
- If there are any major changes needed during any of these times and it is on the fault of the commissioner (unclear ref, forgot to mention before, etc.) it will be $3+ per change.

- Pricing may vary based on complexity (things will have to be VERY complex for me to change pricing though!)
- By commissioning me, you understand that these are coloured and printed in CYMK and may differ slightly in appearance between your screen, ref, and the physical product. I will check the colour palette with you before beginning your art upon request!Communication
- Upon commissioning, please provide somewhere I can easily contact you.
- I will give you 36 hrs (1.5 days) to let me know if anything needs changing during the process. If I do not hear from you, I will assume everything looks good and I will continue to the next stage.
- If I do not get confirmation that everything looks okay by the order due date, I will assume all is good and send them off for manufacturing. No more changes will be made to the final product at that point.
- I will check in multiple times during the process! So if the commissioner fails to communicate properly with me, they will not be eligible for any refunds.
- While I will always try to answer within 24 hours, I will not always be able to answer you ASAP, so please refer to the Acrylic Comms Trello while you await a response.by commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms!

Q. Is shipping included? If not, how much will shipping be?
A. There is a rate of $8-$10 for TRACKED shipping to the USA. I will require your postal code to get a quote for Canadian and international shipping!

Q. What's the process like and how long will everything take?

Q. How long will it take to ship to me?
A. When I receive the package, I will pack your order and bring it to the post office. After that, shipping should take anywhere from 5-22 business days depending on where you're located! It may take longer or shorter depending on the courier.

Q. Are these keychains for furries only?
A. Nope! Anyone can get one! I will do the art and make keychains for your pets or your human/oid characters as well! Don't be afraid to message me if you want something different, I'm always happy to discuss!

Q. Why do the colours on the keychain look different than the colours in the art/my ref?
A. Due to the nature of printing, these are all done in CYMK colouring instead of RGB (which is typically brighter and what is presented on your screen). I do my best to colour match as close as I can but sometimes the printing looks a bit different as well, which is completely out of my hands. Don't worry though, the colours will still be as accurate as they can be!

Q. Help! My keychain looks super scratched up!
A. Don't worry, your keychain will be just fine! Here's what to do if your keychain looks scratched:
1. The back (flat) part of your keychain has a thin protective plastic on it that you can peel off. You can keep it on for extra protection until you're ready to take it off, or you can remove it immediately to reveal the smooth and shiny plastic underneath!
2. The front (domed) part of your keychain is coated with "self-healing" epoxy. You can run a lighter over the affected area very briefly a few times and it should fix any holes, indentations, or scratches that are on it! I only advise to do this if you are 100% confident in doing so. This is just a tip and I will not be held responsible if anything goes wrong!

Q. Can I order keychains with other art on it from you?
A. Unfortunately, if you want other art on it you must get explicit permission from the artist that I can do it for you and show me proof and I may consider. However, if its your own art you'd like done and manufactured I would be more than happy to do so! However,
